Bardo Celebration of Life

April 15, 2019 -- A series of events honoring the life of late Wichita State President John Bardo will be held May 6-10 on campus. Dr. Bardo, the 13th president of WSU, died March 12 after a long illness.

Sept. 28, 2018 -- Cynthia Matson's time at Wichita State has shaped the student she is today. The business major is vice president of the Barton International Group, a student run consulting firm through the Barton School of Business at WSU.

May 16, 2018 - Wichita oil producer Wayne Woolsey and his wife, Kay, have committed $10 million to build a new home for the WSU's Barton School of Business. The couple also will donate $2 million to the WSU Geology Department.
